I always knew reading to my kids was important, but this has opened my eyes to how important and how much.

Songs, rhymes and fun for babies and their families
Has it been a while since you sang a nursery rhyme? Come along to baby rhyme time and join in the fun as we sing songs and action rhymes, and share great books for babies.
Rhyme times are held in public libraries across Western Australia. During sessions parents, grandparents and carers sit with their child, then the group leader guides everyone through a selection of songs and rhymes. It's noisy, fun and a wonderful chance to learn some new songs for bedtime, bathtime or when you're stuck in the car. We sing each song a few times so that we can all learn the words.
Rhymes and songs are great for growing baby brains! You can find out more here.

Rhyme Time is also at the State Library of Western Australia!
